White Chocolate contains cocoa solids 29.5% min, milk solids 23% min. Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 54.5% min. Milk Chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.6% min, milk solids 20.8% min. Ruby chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.6% min.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring.
