White Chocolate contains cocoa solids 29.5% minimum, milk solids 23% minimum. Ruby Chocolate contains cocoa solids 48.8% minimum, milk solids 27.8% minimum.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring, acid (citric acid), passion fruit pulp and juice, glucose.
